Learn a simple 5-step system for writing more efficient and effective emails in English.

Does composing an email take you three times as long as your colleagues?
Do you sometimes wonder if people are judging your written English communication skills?

In this workshop, we'll get you on your way to confidently emailing so you can spend your time on other things.

Specifically, we'll learn and practice:

  • Composing an effective subject heading (we'll look at some hilarious real-life examples of why this first step is important)
  • How to organize your thoughts and get out of your own head so your reader understands your message clearly
  • How to match your tone to the person you are communicating with
  • Some quick grammar considerations that can elevate your English writing
  • How to self edit before hitting 'send' in just 30 seconds

Bonus: how to know when a miscommunication is the fault of the other person rather than your 'bad English', and how to handle it.
